Initial Connection and Intention Setting
Before our session begins, we’ll connect over Zoom to discuss your focus areas. You can share anything you’d like me to address—whether it’s physical discomfort, emotional struggles, or a need for clarity. Together, we’ll set an intention for your healing journey, ensuring the session aligns with your unique needs.

Creating a Relaxing Environment
I’ll guide you to settle into a comfortable, quiet space where you can fully relax. To help raise the frequency and support the healing process, I always play soothing, high-vibrational music during the session. You can lie down, meditate, or simply rest while allowing the energy to flow.

Energetic Connection and Assessment
During the session, I connect with your energy field through astral projection. This allows me to sense and work with your unique energy blueprint, identifying any blockages, imbalances, or areas that need support.

Energy Clearing and Healing
As I channel Reiki energy to you, you might notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, or the flow of energy through your body. Many clients also experience vivid imagery, a sense of lightness, or even connections with their ancestors. If at any point you feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable, simply let me know, and I’ll adjust the energy flow to ensure you feel supported and safe throughout the session.

Session Completion and Feedback
After the session, I’ll share my insights and findings. I’ll let you know about the areas I worked on, any messages I received, and any suggestions to help you continue integrating the healing energy.
